Umai ikan sarawak is one of the famous dish in Sarawak. This is because the ingredient come from the local fisherman that makes the ingredient always fresh.The umai also contain onion and  other local ingredient that makes the dish very savory.

Linut is made up from starch from sago flour. It is very delicious if we eat when it still hot. linut have a special way of eating. If you eat it raw it will taste very bland. The proper way of eating it is to mix it with sambal belacan that we prepare it ourselves.


One of our signature dish is Laksa Sarawak. This dish uses the recipe that been passdown to me from my mother. Majority of our customer come to our restaurant specially for our famous Laksa Sarawak.
Sayur Midin is my favourite side dish. It will become more special when it is cooked with sambal belacan. This dish also is one of the best-selling food in our restaurant.
The three layer milk tea or commonly known as teh c peng special.  It is commonly available everywhere in Sarawak but in our restaurant is one of the best teh c special in Sarawak.
Coconut drink is very good for health and it is also very refreshing when the day is too hot as we , Malaysians are located precisely on the equator. All the coconut products, such as the coconut drink , are taken directly from my own farm.
